Autolex Crewe, nice company to do business with and very helpful
Bought my son his first car from Autolex in Crewe after seeing it on the Auotrader website. Had great buying experience, left to test drive the car ourselves, no pushy salesmen, in fact Josh was brilliant, really helpful, friendly and kept us informed of the status of the vehicle and confirmed delivery date as agreed. More than happy to purchase from Autolex again.

I recommend Autolex. They are very professional. Just bought second car from them and is as good as the first one.

Top quality service
Having had a few bad experiences with car dealers over the years, I was a bit nervous about using one that was new to me. Josh, the salesperson seemed friendly and eager to help but I was still slightly worried. There were a few small glitches with the Jaguar XF I'd bought but I needn't have worried as Autolex responded quickly and put everything right. I've dealt with Dan the mechanic on several occasions now and he's just fixed my husband's car . What an exceptional lad he is. Nothing is too much trouble and he's bent over backwards to help get my husband's car back on the road quickly. Wish all car dealers were as good as Autolex. They have far exceeded my expectations and deserve to do well. A rare find these days.

Exceptional customer service
The most important part of any company is how they deal with issues and Autolex have been perfect. The car was well prepared but some problems occurred some weeks after collection. Chris was quick to respond and resolve which was very much appreciated.

Finally! An honest, reliable used-car sales team!
I cannot tell you how long it took me to find a car that was honestly described and not a death trap waiting to happen. Prior to finding autolex, I had approached 2 or 3 different used car traders over vehicles I had seen in Autotrader. Because I was doing all of this online, I used a 3rd party inspection service (Dekra) to inspect the vehicles and every time there were major issues - until I found my car from Autolex - a 2012 Skoda Octavia which runs beautifully and has been well maintained and looked after. James and the team at Autolex were honest, straightforward and priced the car fairly and honestly. They also organised delivery to the other end of the country without issue. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them for my next vehicle.

Went above and beyond!
James was fantastic from start to finish and answered my enquiries out of office hours from the beginning. Not pushy and straight with me from the beginning. A small problem arose with a sensor on the car, a few days after collecting it, (no way James would've known and diagnosed as a new fault). He couldn't be more helpful and arranged a local garage to me, (250 miles from Crewe) to fit a part at full cost to them. Wrong to tar all 2nd hand car salesmen with the same brush. In another league! Keep it up James and team.

Brilliant service and car buying experience
As a female i dread going to buy a car as have been ripped off so many times. My experience at Autolex was fantastic. James and Chris are genuine people. They gave me a great deal on my car and a 3 month warranty on my new car and a new mot with the advisories sorted. Cant fault the service at all. One little thing showed up as not working and the part was ordered and job completed same day. Great customer service and a really enjoyable car buying experience. I definitely recomnend Autolex and will be going there for my next car!

Prompt call back following an online enquiry. Honest an accurate description of the car I was interested in. Detail of options to view , road test and reserve offered . Due to logistics I entrusted the garage and the information given . I was not disappointed when I arrived to collect my car. It was a perfect description of the car . Test drive done - paperwork completed , full demonstration of the dashboard controls etc. Paid in full . Well done on your customer service.

Worth the sixty mile journey
from first phone contact to driving away with my newly purchased Nissan Pulsar, the whole experience was faultless. Highly recommended!
